Planning Board Sets South Bolton Estates Bond at $558,056 and Continues Cottages Hearing

Bolton Planning Board votes unanimously to approve security bond and release subdivision funds. The Board approved a $558,056 security requirement for the South Bolton Estates subdivision, incorporating prevailing wage rates and a 20 percent contingency per calculations by Horsley Witten. Separately, the Board released $256,380 in performance bond security and $2,952.90 in peer review account funds held for the completed Tadmor Definitive Subdivision.
The Board also continued the public hearing on Escalante International's proposed three-cottage lodging complex at the International Golf Club to May 13 to review revised plans.
