Planning Board approves lot-line endorsement for state-owned DCAMM property

Planning Board · Meeting of June 24, 2026

BOLTON — Planning Board unanimously endorses lot-line creation for state property. The board voted 3-0 to approve an Approval Not Required for a DCAMM parcel across from Forbush Mill Road soccer fields, establishing a new boundary line between Bolton and Lancaster. Cliff Roeger of Nitsch Engineering presented the proposal, which creates Lot 3 exclusively within Bolton while retaining an easement for a Lancaster public water supply project.

Members Robert Roemer, Austen Groener, and Erik Neyland supported the endorsement; Town Planner Pamela Harding reported that a compliant offer for the Chapter 61A Sargent property would be submitted shortly.
