Zoning Board continues Mill Pond Road variance hearing

BOLTON — Zoning Board of Appeals continues variance hearing for undersized Mill Pond property. The board advanced Fitzwilliam, LLC's request to build at 0 Mill Pond Road, where the 216-foot-frontage lot falls below district minimums; Kim Kroha, the applicant's representative, noted prior denials of both covenant release and buildable-status determination from the Building Commissioner. Voting unanimously, the board scheduled the hearing for July 27.
The board also unanimously released $1,669.08 from Bolton Manor escrow.
