BOLTON — Commission establishes refugee camp fee waiver and approves three new programs. The Parks and Recreation Commission unanimously approved a fee waiver policy allowing refugees in Bolton, Stow, and Lancaster to attend summer camps free of charge, contracted with a robotics team for $1,500 to provide programming during weeks six and seven of summer camp, and greenlit an Eagle Scout project to install a soccer kick wall at Forbush Field. The commission also addressed Derby Field maintenance concerns raised by Nashoba Youth Field Hockey, with Lisa Shepple agreeing to investigate temporary solutions and coordinate with the School Facilities Director on long-term improvements.
