Bolton Conservation Commission issues Order of Conditions for unpermitted pond work at 30 Nourse Road. Chair Brian Berube led the vote to issue the conditions addressing unpermitted shoreline disturbance and stone wall reconstruction, with five commissioners voting in favor and Commissioner Samantha Bosselait abstaining. The Commission also issued a Certificate of Compliance for a stream crossing project at 12 Forbush Mill Road submitted by the Department of Public Works, with ongoing vegetation monitoring required for two seasons.

The Commission continued hearings on a proposed softball batting cage at 20 Wattaquadock Hill Road to July 21 following unpermitted site work and a Cease and Desist order.
