Commission approves shed placement, defers grading work review

Conservation Commission · Meeting of May 19, 2026

BOLTON — Commission approves parking for Bolton Conservation Trust's annual meeting at Bowers Spring. The Commission voted unanimously to permit vehicle parking at Bowers Spring on June 27, 2026, with overflow accommodated in the upper field. In related business, the Commission voted unanimously to approve shed placement and tree removal at 253 South Bolton Road but deferred approval of grading and retaining wall work pending submission of engineered plans; applicant William Pherson estimated the work would require approximately 245 cubic yards of fill.

The Commission will require Pherson to submit a Notice of Intent for the deferred construction work.
