Bolton Conservation Commission postpones two wetland permits, memorializes violations. Chair Brian Berube and six commissioners continued public hearings for a proposed saltwater pool at 294 Harvard Road and after-the-fact shoreline work at 30 Nourse Road, both pending submission of detailed plans, until June 16, 2026. The Commission voted unanimously to memorialize a 300 dollar fine for dog control violations at Bowers Spring Conservation Area and voted 6-0 to memorialize a Cease and Desist order for clearing at 11 Nourse Road, with Commissioner Scott Geer abstaining.
Officers for fiscal 2027 will be elected at the June 19 meeting.
