Board of Health approves ADU septic system design
Board of Health · Meeting of April 28, 2026
BOLTON — Board approves ADU septic system design at Golden Run Road. Chair Chris Rogers led the Board of Health, with members Christopher Slade and Wendy Karlon, in unanimously approving a new 2,000-gallon two-compartment septic system for 58 Golden Run Road. The design replaces the existing four-bedroom infrastructure with a fully compliant five-bedroom system, featuring four 62-foot pipe-and-stone trenches installed where the current system sits.
The Board also conducted reviews of several property inspections and water reports, with most items receiving conditional approvals or deferred to the May 12 meeting.
