Bolton Planning Board endorses Moderator Way for street acceptance. Chair Robert Roemer led a unanimous 5-0 vote recommending the Keyes Farm Subdivision street for Town Meeting acceptance following meetings with Century Mill Estates residents regarding indemnification and drainage concerns. The board also continued review of Escalante International, LLC's three-cottage guest lodging proposal for International Golf Club members, scheduling final hearing for April 22 to address staff requests for additional details on rental operations, landscaping, and erosion control.
