Bolton Planning Board approves accessory dwelling unit and zoning warrant articles. The board voted unanimously 4-0 to approve a 1,199-square-foot detached accessory dwelling unit at 113 Still River Road, with the driveway apron to be paved 20 feet from the roadway. The Planning Board also advanced zoning warrant articles 4-0 for the March town meeting, including a new contractor's yard definition and amendments to the driveway bylaw waiver option.
The board cleared a peer-review scope of work for a special permit site plan at 159 Ballville Road that includes three lodging units initially and four additional units in Phase 2.
