Health Board completes Title 5 review, approves routine permits

Bolton Health Board clears Title 5 review, adopts monthly schedule for summer. Chair Chris Rogers and members Christopher Slade and Wendy Karlon reviewed nine building permits, three business certificates, and septic permits. Health Agent Bill Brookings reported that a Title 5 sewer inspection at 149 Long Hill Road, previously deemed incomplete, is now complete.

Water testing identified elevated arsenic at 3 Sargent Road, prompting a notification letter. The Board shifted to monthly meetings through summer, with the next session scheduled for July 14.
