Bolton Board of Health issues violation letter for deteriorated property; approves septic and development permits. The three-member Board, meeting via Zoom, directed Health Agent Bill Brookings to draft a violation letter for 19 Bare Hill Road following an inspection documenting rotting siding and loose lights; the letter will be referred to the Building Department for potential structure-safety condemnation review. The Board unanimously approved a deck structure over the septic tank at 711 Main Street and an accessory dwelling unit septic design at 542 Sugar Road.
Health Agent Brookings approved 14 building permits, 5 business certificates, and 7 septic permits, with payments of $10,896.54 to Nashoba Associated Boards of Health.
