Bolton Board of Health approves shared irrigation well at Mill Pond Road. The Board, chaired by Chris Rogers with members Christopher Slade and Wendy Karlon, unanimously approved the 72 Mill Pond Road irrigation well after confirming 155-foot offset from septic system and 29-foot setback from dwelling; approval was conditioned on recorded deed language and a variance request letter. The Board also completed Title 5 determinations for 57 Berlin Road and 60 Sugar Road, approved a septic upgrade at 249 Green Road using a Presby system with no additional variances required, and authorized payment of $435 for annual Beaver Solutions maintenance plan renewal.
