BOLTON — The Bolton Conservation Commission voted to issue an order of conditions for 455 Sugar Road while continuing a wetlands hearing for a Green Road house. Chair Brian Berube led the unanimous roll-call vote approving DEP file number 112-0766 for 455 Sugar Road. On Lot 4 Green Road, applicant representative Brandon Ducharme told the commission "this stream isn't even a mapped stream," arguing the project should not trigger a 225-foot riverfront buffer; members nonetheless continued the hearing to May 5 at 7:10 p.m. so Conservation Agent Rebecca Bucciaglia can confirm wetland flags in the field.
Separately, the commission declined to issue even a partial certificate of compliance for 578 Sugar Road until the owner finishes installing a required split rail fence, after a site visit found the rest of the property in compliance.
