BOLTON — The Bolton Conservation Commission voted to pass on buying a Sergeant Road conservation parcel, citing empty coffers. The panel voted 4-0 to send the Select Board a letter declining to exercise the town's Chapter 61A right of first refusal on the land, while flagging possible interest from private land trusts. Chair Brian Berube said the commission's conservation fund has shrunk from about $250,000 to roughly $10,000, "not going to really get anything that we can control." The board also voted 4-0 to issue a negative determination for a Green Road house lot represented by Brandon Ducharme, continued a South Bolton Road shed hearing for a site visit, and authorized two new trail-reroute filings at the Vaughan Hills Conservation Area's Moen Trail.
