Nine Bolton Property Deeds Recorded in July; Only One Discloses a Sale Price

Worcester County Registry records show nine Bolton property deeds recorded between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one disclosed a sale price: $977,500, in a transaction where Needham Bank was listed as buyer and Aamir Mir as seller. The other eight transfers, spread across streets including Golden Run Road (two transactions), South Bolton Road, Weathers Lane, Frye Road, Kettle Hole Road, Vaughn Hill Road and Harvard Road, carried no disclosed price. Banks appeared as grantor or grantee in three of the nine deeds, and one transfer involved Bolton Town Conservation. With pricing data available for only one of nine transactions, the period's market tone cannot be assessed from price alone.
