Bolton's Only Priced Sale Closes at $740,000 as Most September Deeds Await Data
Bolton's registry recorded 17 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one has a sale price posted so far: a $740,000 transaction that closed Sept. 10, with Sonyvet Cruz Velazquez as seller and Maura J. Nicholson as buyer. That figure serves as both the period's price range and median for now; prices for the other 16 transfers typically post within about a week. Nearly half of the filings involve banks, credit unions or mortgage companies, suggesting a mix of refinancing and lender-related activity alongside standard sales. Vaughn Hill Road, Village Lane and Sugar Road each saw two filings. With so little price data available, the period's overall market tone can't yet be fully read.
