Bolton records 12 deed transfers in August, but only one discloses a price
Bolton recorded 12 real estate transactions between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one disclosed a sale price: $13,022, paid for a utility easement at 119 Wattaquadock Hill Rd conveyed to Massachusetts Electric Co. and National Grid. The other 11 transactions, including several Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems assignments, a trustee-to-trust transfer at 347 Green Rd, and apparent intra-family transfers involving the Colby and Chetwynd families, carried no disclosed price. Green Road and Golden Run Road each saw two recorded transfers. With just one disclosed price and it tied to a non-residential easement rather than a home sale, the data does not support a read on Bolton's home-sale pricing or market tone this period.
