Bolton Records Eleven Property Transfers in Late September, Only One Sale Price Posted So Far
Bolton recorded 11 property transfers in the four weeks ending Sept. 26, but only one sale price has posted so far: $600,000, for a Sept. 2 sale from the Jones Living Trust to Stonehambank. Prices for the other 10 transactions, including sales on Still River Road, Berlin Road, Vaughn Hill Road and Wheeler Road, had not yet reached the registry as of this writing and are expected within about a week. Four of the 11 deeds list a bank or credit union as seller, and one transaction transferred between two trusts. With just one confirmed price, the dataset does not yet support a full read on where the market stands this period.
