Bolton Records Eight Deeds in August, but Just One Price Disclosed
Bolton recorded eight property transfers in the four weeks ending Aug. 29, but only one included a disclosed sale price: an $850,000 transaction in which Louis F. and Nicole A. LeBlanc sold to Thomas P. and Kimberly A. Shortt. That sale sets the range and the median at $850,000, since no other price was reported. Other transfers this period include 422 Still River Road, 167 Long Hill Road, 30 Nourse Road, two deeds on Pondside Drive and 592 Sugar Road, all with price not disclosed. With bed, bath and square-footage data unavailable, the month's overall dollar volume and market tone cannot be fully assessed from the deed records alone.
