Commission authorizes Nashoba-to-Taggart trail project, advances wetland approvals

Bolton Conservation Commission unanimously approves wetland upgrade, authorizes trail grant pursuit. Chair Brian Berube and all five commissioners voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for a sewage disposal system upgrade at 92 Randall Road and to authorize Conservation Agent Rebecca Bucciaglia to pursue grant funding for a trail connecting Nashoba High School to Taggart Forestland. The commission closed the public hearing on a 455 Sugar Road accessory dwelling unit project.
In a lengthy discussion of Bowers Spring Conservation Area dog policies, the commission tabled leash-requirement proposals after an orange flag survey documented 188 piles of dog waste throughout the property.
