Bolton Records Dozen Property Deeds, None With a Recorded Price
Twelve property deeds were recorded in Bolton this period, dated July 17 through July 23, but none had a sale price recorded, so a price range and median could not be calculated. Seven of the 12 involved a bank, mortgage lender, servicer or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc as a party, including two properties, 183 Fox Run Rd and 447 Main St, that transferred from individual owners to Clinton Savings Bank. Three additional deeds were family trust transfers on Still River Road, Harvard Road and an unaddressed Bolton parcel.
