Agricultural Commission elects Kevin Machnik as chair

Bolton Agricultural Commission names Kevin Machnik chair, advances membership expansion efforts. The committee unanimously elected Machnik to replace outgoing chair Angie Tollefson, who becomes vice chair. The commission unanimously nominated Olivia Peña, with background in animal sciences and food systems, to the Select Board for appointment to the final open commission seat.
The committee established monthly meetings on the third Monday at the Houghton Building beginning June 15.
