Daigneault's Liquor hearing pushed to Nov. 5

Select Board · Meeting of October 8, 2026

Bolton Select Board continued a liquor license revocation hearing to let Daigneault's pursue a new Main Street location. The board voted 3-0 to push the Daigneault's Liquor hearing to November 5 after attorney Dawson Cooper presented a signed letter of intent to lease the Bolton Bean Building from the Patterson family. Board member Kate Buyuk said she was "glad to hear" the license could move rather than lapse, while flagging timing conflicts with November license renewals.

Separately, the board approved a Council on Aging lease, revised transfer station regulations, and a Parallax Holdings filming permit for a horror movie at the Phineas Wright House, and tabled a decision on acquiring a state-owned dam parcel, which Buyuk called "a liability," until October 22.
