Bolton Select Board OKs new transfer station sticker fees ahead of January mandate. Operating with just two of three members after Kate's absence, the board approved a revised pricing plan through vendor City Hall Systems: $50 for a first sticker and $5 for a second for most households, $25 and $5 for seniors. The board also voted 2-0 to authorize an appraisal for easements on the $1.8 million Forbush Culvert No. 1 project, due by the end of 2027, and continued a hearing on revoking Dagnall's Liquor's license to September 10 after attorney Andrew Upton said "we are actively marketing and engaged with a potential buyer" who has "put down a deposit." The board also welcomed new Town Accountant Matt Gargano and heard from the Economic Development Committee on plans tied to The Master's Academy's 300-student expansion, ribbon-cutting September 15.
