BOLTON — The Transfer Station Committee organized and named Alan Levin III to dual leadership roles. The five-member committee elected Levin as Chair (For: 4, Against: 0) and Clerk (unanimously) at its first meeting. Members identified core priorities including revenue neutrality, public education about waste and recycling, data-driven usage analysis, and traffic flow improvements.

The committee approved launching an online "Trash Talk" publication for resident education and creating a "Message the TSC" webpage button as core outreach initiatives.
