Bolton Select Board approves Sunday alcohol sales at two establishments. The board unanimously granted license amendments to Nashoba Valley Spirits, Ltd., and Bolton Exchange, Inc., each permitting alcohol service from 10 a.m. to noon on Sundays under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 138, Section 33B. Rich Pelletier of Nashoba Valley Spirits stated the establishment already hosts Sunday brunch and sought authorization to serve alcohol during those hours.
The board also unanimously released $22,847.59 in Q1 PEG funds to Bolton Access Television, appointed Amber Thompson to the Agricultural Commission for a three-year term, and executed a lease with the Bolton Conservation Trust for FY27.
