BOLTON — Planning Board unanimously released South Bolton Estates from covenant on June 10. The board voted 4-0 to approve the tri-party agreement with a June 2027 expiration, allowing prospective buyer Brian Lee to proceed with closing on Lot 6. The board also reviewed a draft bylaw for the Forbush Mill Study Area, which would create a new zoning district to prevent non-conforming properties.

Discussion focused on distinguishing the district from the existing Mixed Use Village Overlay District, encouraging walkability and shared parking, and limiting impervious surface to 40 percent.
