Planning Board backs preliminary plan for 58 Main Street development

Planning Board · Meeting of January 28, 2026

BOLTON — Planning Board indicates support for preliminary development plan at 58 Main Street. Nicholas Katts, owner of two Industrial-zoned parcels on Bolton Woods Way, proposed developing the property with Apple Tree Services, an Acton-based family-owned company with about 10 employees that services residential properties. The Board indicated support for the preliminary proposal and requested the applicant consider rear buffering and commercial vehicle parking arrangements.

Town Planner Pamela Harding noted that landscaping uses require a Special Permit under Industrial zoning, and Board member Michael Gorr specified that each parcel requires an individual Special Permit application.
