BOLTON — Planning Board approved three-cottage lodging at the International Golf Club. Chair Robert Roemer and members Michael Gorr, Austen Groener, and Michael Lau voted unanimously to grant a special permit and site plan to Escalante International, LLC for construction of three 12-room cottages as an accessory use at 159 Ballville Road. The approval required the applicant to address all outstanding items from a May 12 peer review letter and to investigate rooftop recharge during Phase II of the development.

In related action, the Board unanimously determined that a driveway relocation at 104 Nourse Road, submitted by applicant Doug M. MacArthur, did not warrant a scenic road hearing.
