BOLTON — Planning Board appoints seven to housing committee, approves annual report. The Bolton Planning Board voted unanimously to accept the 2025 annual report and appointed all seven volunteer applicants to the Housing Production Planning Committee: Bill Nickles, Austen Groener, Amy Balewicz, James Morin, Chris Marquis, Victoria Hayao, and Vaughn MacKie. The annual report incorporates public input from a December 3 forum on the Forbush Mill Study Area, including feedback on commercial signage, zoning constraints, and mixed-use development.
The board also unanimously approved release of driveway surety for a single-family residence at 337 Green Road.
