Bolton Housing Production Plan Committee convenes with seven members to update the town's 2021 housing plan. The committee reviewed data showing 97 percent of Bolton's housing stock consists of detached single-family homes, with a 15 percent Subsidized Housing Inventory, under staff guidance from Town Planner Pam Harding and MAPC consultant Gloria Houngpu. Voting unanimously, 7-0, the committee elected Chris Marquis as chair.
