Bolton's senior population increased 50 percent between 2010 and 2020; approximately 22 percent of senior households meet income thresholds for affordable housing. The committee identified seniors, people with disabilities, renters, and families with children as priority groups and agreed to develop surveys and community partnerships for an updated 2026 housing plan.
