Bolton Council on Aging approved February minutes and reviewed active program operations. Director Lisa D'Eon reported the MART van logged 88 one-way trips in February and WHEAT lunch delivery serves 10 households, though volunteer recruitment has become critical. Grant funding of 39,930 dollars is allocated across fitness classes, art and garden therapy, and transportation, with FY26 warrant spending at 67.79 percent expended through early March.
D'Eon flagged confusion over a regional transportation grant approval status and requested additional paid hours for services ahead of a meeting with RCAP.
