Bolton Conservation Commission approves 455 Sugar Road dwelling unit. The panel voted 4-0-1 to issue an Order of Conditions for a 1,199-square-foot accessory dwelling unit at 455 Sugar Road submitted by Zhao Wang, with commissioners Brian Berube, James Geraghty, Su Mittra, and Scott Geer in favor and Samantha Bosselait abstaining. The Commission also continued a Request for Determination of Applicability for a five-bedroom dwelling at Lot 4, Green Road until May 5, pending a jurisdictional site visit to assess proximity to wetland resource areas.
