Conservation Commission closes hearing on Randall Road sewage project

Bolton Conservation Commission approves paved-apron field amendment and advances major sewage-system project. The Commission unanimously approved the 400-square-foot amendment for Thomas Broomfield at 113 Still River Road, which serves an accessory dwelling unit. The Commission closed its hearing on applicant Gwendolen Rogers' proposed sewage-system replacement at 92 Randall Road, which would place infrastructure further from wetland resource areas than the existing system, and scheduled an Order of Conditions vote for April 7.
The Commission also continued its hearing on Zhao Wang and Sha Zhu's 1,199-square-foot accessory dwelling unit at 455 Sugar Road.
