BOLTON — Conservation Commission authorizes dog-regulation review at Bowers Springs. Chair Brian Berube and the six-member board voted unanimously to direct the Conservation Agent to update guidance on the property following reports of uncontrolled dogs entering private property and one dog-bite incident. Animal Control Officer Phyllis Tower expressed reluctance to implement a town-wide leash requirement but cited the incidents and difficulty identifying owners.
The Commission also voted unanimously to approve Tom Denney Nature Camp's 50th Anniversary event on June 27, 2026, conditioned on use of pre-existing parking only.
