Conservation Commission approves Still River Road ADU determination
Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 3, 2026
BOLTON — Conservation Commission approves Still River Road ADU with standard conservation conditions. Chair Brian Berube and the Commission voted unanimously to issue a Negative 3 Determination for the 1,200-square-foot accessory dwelling unit, finding that while a proposed gravel driveway falls within the 100-foot wetlands buffer zone, the work is allowable subject to erosion control and field-inspection requirements. The Commission also continued a hearing on a proposed 1,199-square-foot ADU at 455 Sugar Road to March 17, allowing applicants Zhao Wang and Sha Zhu time to refine a tree-removal plan that could require replanting anywhere from 24 to 59 trees depending on the design chosen.
