Bolton Conservation Commission approves Green Road dwelling with conditions. Commission Chair Brian Berube and Vice Chair James Geraghty led unanimous approval of a Negative 3 Determination for Cote Contracting LLC's five-bedroom single-family dwelling at Lot 4, Green Road, with conditions requiring maintenance of agricultural field use in the wetland buffer zone and installation of erosion and sediment controls. The Commission also unanimously issued a Certificate of Compliance for 578 Sugar Road closing out a completed single-family home project, and authorized the Conservation Agent to submit permits for two trail reroutes at Vaughn Hills Conservation Area addressing drainage and erosion issues.
