Bolton Select Board unanimously lays out Moderator Way for May town meeting vote. The board voted to lay out the street following a 5-0 Planning Board recommendation, with Chair Kate Buyuk, Brian Boyle, and Bill Nickles all supporting the motion. Town Administrator Marie Sobalvarro reported Bolton has owned the road since October 2025 through a legal settlement, allocating approximately $10,000 from those funds to contractor Dillis and Roy for outstanding work, with $18,000 remaining for catch basin repairs.
The board also unanimously approved DPW bulky waste fee adjustments and ratified the Bolton Police Union contract for fiscal years 2026 through 2028.
