BOLTON — Conservation Commission denies Still River Road addition over buffer zone violations. Vice Chair James Geraghty moved to deny the Notice of Intent for an in-law apartment addition and pool, citing violations of wetland bylaw performance standards; the motion passed 3-0 with one abstention. Applicant Scott Geer and engineer Margaret Bacon had revised the proposal multiple times and proposed mitigation measures including stormwater management and solar panels, but the Commission determined they did not satisfy requirements for no net loss of resource-area function and no increase in impervious surface in the buffer zone.
The Commission unanimously approved conditional tree-removal permits at two other properties and accepted FY27 budget goals.
