Board of Health approves septic upgrade variances and nominates inspector

Bolton Board of Health approves septic variances and names inspector of animals. Chair Chris Rogers, members Christopher Slade and Wendy Karlon approved the nomination of Phyllis Tower in routine annual Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources paperwork, voted 3/0. The Board granted Regulation 4 variances for a septic system upgrade at 92 Randall Road, with Rogers recusing himself; Slade and Karlon voted 2/0 to approve.

The Board referred a well classification question for 211 West Berlin Road to state environmental regulators and declined to approve Wattaquadock Hill Road septic permits until full documentation was provided.
