Board of Health · Meeting of April 14, 2026
BOLTON — Board of Health approves septic permit for West Berlin Road. The Bolton Board of Health unanimously approved a new septic system design for residential development at 59 West Berlin Road on a former commercial lot, with Health Agent Bill Brookings noting the property's suitable soil conditions and water table allowed variance-free construction. In other business, the board discussed ongoing maintenance of a water-lowering device behind Emerson School and agreed to propose reassigning the responsibility to the Department of Public Works or Conservation Commission.
The board also deferred a bedroom-count verification for 447 Main Street to its April 28 meeting.
