Board approves Wattaquadock Hill septic system design review

Bolton Board of Health approves three-lot shared septic system for Wattaquadock Hill. Health Agent Bill Brookings of Nashoba Associated Boards of Health presented the design, featuring individual 1,500-gallon tanks for each home gravity-feeding into a 2,500-gallon pump chamber; the board approved the technical review without requiring variances. The system requires shared easement documentation extending to each home's foundation for inspection and maintenance access.
